I am offering different packages for different levels of 1:1 coaching. Most are renewable and with renewals there is a discounted price.
I will talk with you via phone or zoom for 1 hour, to learn what your THM style is and how I can best serve you. I will then help you plan a month worth of meals based on the THM plan and provide you with a shopping list to make sure you have what you need on hand to stay on plan. A weekly text, email, or phone call will be scheduled to review how menu is working and revise if necessary.
I will help YOU create a personalized menu with shopping lists and also include a daily text message (excluding Sunday's) to recap to see how your day went and if there are any changes to be made to help you be successful. I will take the time to help you personalize your THM journey to fit your lifestyle. This package also includes a weekly phone call or zoom call for 20 minutes, and access to my personalized teaching guides as they become available.
There are a lot of large group counseling groups out there, I even have a free one. They are wonderful and meet the needs of many, but sometimes you just need a "CORE" group, a smaller group where you can be personal and get to know each other better and the group becomes a help to the group.
After participating in 1:1 counseling for a month or more most are ready to branch out more on their own but still seek personalized support along the journey. That is where small group counseling comes in. 5-10 people, plus myself, to support and encourage along the way. There will be group weekly or monthly challenges/focuses to participate in. This is focused but more geared towards the members of the group and their specific needs, This is 1:1 format done as a small family group together
No limit to the amount of members. This can become a large group. There will also be some challenges/focuses as well as some general teaching that serves the larger population. Not as personalized but a great resource if you are familiar with the THM lifestyle and just want to be a part of a community that is walking on the same journey as you are. This is a monthly membership, you can join and leave at any time, and re-join again when you want.
